Femern prepares to fill the basins
The next milestone in the tunnel project will take place during September. This occurs when Femern A/S fills the front three basins in front of the tunnel factories
In the picture from July 2023, the temporary embankment can be seen in the foreground, ensuring that the upcoming basins are dry and workable. This will be removed once the area within the embankment is filled with water. This process will take place in a calm and controlled manner. Femern A/S
